Refund policy

Returns

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. If there is an error on our side, such as printing defects or damage during production, you can email doubledgraphics78@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to provide a solution, which may include a reprint or refund. Issues must be reported within one week of delivery to ensure a timely resolution.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days once we verify the issue. Please keep in mind that the exact timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider. After processing, you'll receive a confirmation email, and we are available to provide updates or assist with any concerns during this period.

We aim to resolve any dissatisfaction with your order by assessing the problem and finding the best solution. However, please note that we cannot issue refunds or reprints for errors such as ordering the wrong size, design mistakes, or changes of heart once the order is printed. Custom stickers are made to order, so we encourage customers to carefully review their design and size before finalising the order.

Damages and issues 

If you receive a damaged/defective or an incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us via email doubledgraphics78@gmail.com with your ID order number and details of your issues, and we will get it resolved for you as soon as possible.


Refunds
At Double D Graphics, all products are made to order and custom-produced based on the vehicle model, year, and options selected. Because of the personalized nature of our products, each order is considered a custom-made item.

Order Cancellations 

We understand that plans may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. Since each order is prepared specifically for you, the stage of production determines whether a cancellation is possible:

Full Refund: If you cancel before production has started or before receiving the visual mock up, you are eligible for a full refund.

No Refund: Once your order has been printed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
